Today at
Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration, we are celebrating with a red, white, & blue color challenge.
The teenage son of a friend from high school injured his arm last week and may have to sit out of football this year. He's super bummed and so she asked for some cards to cheer him up. I realized that I don't have a lot of stamps geared towards teenage boys! (unless they like lots of flowers and butterflies) I finally found the perfect combination of products. I must say that this was a great color combination for a masculine card!
The blue lines are from
Gorgeous Grunge. I inked up the stamp once in
Dapper Denim and then stamped 5 times, moving right as I went. The greeting is from
Here For You. It's got some great greetings in it! The Real Red embellishments are the new
Enamel Shapes in
Brights.
I used another stamp from
Here For You to stamp the inside of the card as well.
